Platable is a Dubai-based app tackling food waste by offering surplus meals at up to 60% off, helping users save while cutting emissions. In just four months, the platform has attracted 30,000 users and saved 1.5 tonnes of food, preventing over 6.6 tonnes of CO₂ emissions. With 64% of orders picked up, it further reduces environmental impact by avoiding delivery emissions.

Platable was awarded under the NewGen Icon category at the MSME Honours 2024, recognizing startups driving innovation. Our CEO, Salmaan Mohammed, was honored for transforming how F&B businesses sell surplus food while creating new revenue opportunities.
